This Excel will need some work but for the right handyman, this is an incredible deal.  We have dropped the price on this 5th wheel by almost $9,000 of its NADA value, to help you cover the cost of repairs.  The living room slide wall has water damage and will need to be rebuilt, as the flange on the outside is missing allowing the water to intrude.  See the pictures attached to view the damage that is in need of repair.  Excel is a wood-framed trailer, built like a house, and easier to repair sidewall damage than an aluminum framed trailer.

The Excel is a full-time RV, being built by Peterson Industries with a true 4 Seasons package.  The sidewalls are 2 1/2″ thick and are filled with insulation like your home.  All tanks are enclosed and heated and run along the ducted heating vents to ensure a negative degree guarantee. When entering this home on wheels, you will find a nice kitchen with real solid oak cabinetry and kitchen table, and a spacious living area, a pull-out couch, and a kitchen table with free-standing chairs.  A beautiful rear picture window sits behind large residential recliners, providing a comfortable atmosphere for enjoying the evening inside.
