This 5th wheel is 44’ in length. We are negotiable with this price because it has some work that needs to be done and we don’t have the time to do it. It will need a new ceiling fan and bedroom closet mirror. It will also need a mattress in the bedroom. We’ve tested the water lines and there are no leaks but we have not fully tested the washing machine or dishwasher for functionality, we do not they both run and hold water. There is a hole in the exterior rear paneling, we covered it with eternabond to prevent leaking. It does not appear to have any water damage from it.

This 5 slides 5th wheel has a rear bunk house, additional auxiliary water tank, 50 AMP service, Garden tub, 20-gallon Electric water heater with bypass, 12’ electric awning, 40,000Btu furnace, 15K A/C with ducting throughout the coach, and additional bedroom A/C.
