Upgraded 2nd bedroom A/C for max comfort in those hot summer days. The living area and dinette are easily rearrangeable allowing you to customize this 5th wheel to your needs. The previous owners moved the table and chairs in front of the rear windows to enjoy the view during breakfast and the pull-out couch sits in the dinette slide, for additional sitting space and an extra bed for your guests.

The rubber roof on this unit has been repaired above the bedroom and is water-tight. The entire roof has been Elastomeric coated to keep from further damage.
