2015 Excel Club of New Mexico Fall Campout Info (from Tommy Cabe!)
Excel Club of New Mexico Members,
I am sorry that things keep changing, but this time it is for the good. We have worked out a schedule that you will find below which allows us to have a more “robust” fall rally. Please plan to bring a white elephant item for a silent auction, as we did in the Spring of this year at Elephant Butte. This item should have a nominal value of $10 and all proceeds will go to the Club. (Yes, Ralph Chowning, you can bring back some of the items you “purchased” at the Spring rally.)

Friday, September 25th
4:00 – 5:00 PM – Registration at the Club House
Dues payment – $25 / rig
Catered meal payment (Barbeque) – Members & Non-Members: $10 / person, $20 / couple
50/50 ticket sales – $5 / 5 tickets or $10 / 15 tickets
Turn in White Elephant Silent Auction Items
5:30 – 7:00 PM – Potluck at the Club House
7:30 – 8:30 PM – Business Meeting at the Club House
Saturday, September 26th
Morning – Sleep in, enjoy a hike, play golf, visit with friends
1:00 – 5:00 PM – Table games provided by the club at the Club House
1:00 – 5:00 PM – Horseshoes and other outside games (No croquet or badminton this time.)
1:00 – 7:30 PM Silent Auction
5:30 – 7:00 PM – Catered meal (Barbeque) at the Club House
7:30 PM – Silent Auction closes, items awarded
7:55 PM – 50/50 Drawing
8:00 – 9:30 PM – BINGO at the Club House
Sunday, September 27th
1:00 – 2:00 PM – Ice Cream Social at the Club House (Club provides the ice cream, root beer, and goodies. Members bring bowls, glasses, and silverware.)
